Shipping & Processing

Orders will be process Monday through Friday with an exception of US federal holidays. Your order will be process within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping will not be available on weekends and holidays.

 

Our standard shipping is delivered via FedEx and takes 3-5 business days for delivery on the East Coast. If orders are placed on the West Coast please allows 4-7 business days for standard shipping. 

 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

 

Passionate Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packagrd. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not recieved it, you must contact FedEx. You must report it and open a claim to FedEx.

 

Exchange Policy 

 

Currently, Passionate Extensions doesn’t accommodate exchanges for purchases.
